What do I get when I buy?

A ZIP file with the product files listed on the Gumroad page: usually a spreadsheet (.xlsx), a guide or checklist as a PDF (.pdf), and an editable document (.docx). Free products are delivered the same way.

Which file formats are included?

Spreadsheets are .xlsx files, editable documents are .docx files, and guides and checklists are .pdf files. Each product page lists exactly which are included.

Will the files work in my app?

Our spreadsheets are built and tested in Microsoft Excel. They often open in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers too, but some formulas or formatting may not work there, and we can't promise full compatibility. The workbooks contain no macros.

How is it delivered?

Gumroad handles checkout and delivery. After you buy (or claim a free product), Gumroad gives you a download link.

Is this advice?

No. The products are templates, checklists and organizers. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or insurance advice. You enter your own figures and check rules with the official source or a professional.

How do I get support?

Can I get a refund?

No refunds for change of mind once the files are delivered. If a file is faulty or won't open, email hello@turovu.com and we'll fix or replace it. Your legal consumer rights are not affected.

Can I share or resell the files?
